Rebecca believes that the foundation of a satisfying and meaningful life is human connection. She offers a warm, empathetic, and holistic approach to therapy. Her goal is to provide tailored support to help individuals navigate the difficulties and challenges of daily life.

Rebecca adopts an integrative approach to therapy to match each individual’s unique needs. She utilizes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Affirmative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques. Rebecca wants you to know that you are not alone and she is here to support anyone on their journey to heal and become the best version of themselves.

Rebecca has worked with teenagers, adults, and older adults. She is experienced in addressing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, transitional challenges, adjustment difficulties, stress management, and neurodivergence. Rebecca has worked with many young and emerging adults facing the challenges of academic life and the transition into independence. She also has a passion for working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and fostering an affirming and supportive environment in therapy.

Rebecca’s primary goal is to help patients feel accepted and supported. She wants clients to feel empowered and open to expressing themselves freely and without judgment. She wants to help clients break down shame, embrace their identity, and champion their voice. She aims to create a safe space for all individuals and always prioritizes this in therapy.
