General Information

We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We also offer flexible virtual appointments on weekends to accommodate our clients' schedules.

Yes! We offer virtual therapy sessions for individuals who prefer remote services. Some psychological assessments may require in-person testing, but we do offer remote evaluations when possible.

Getting Started

You can get started by contacting our office via phone or email. Our team will assess your concerns and guide you to the most suitable option.

During the first session, we:

  • Discuss your concerns, symptoms, or challenges.
  • Collect personal, medical, and psychological history.
  • Develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

For testing, we will explain the assessment process and schedule necessary sessions.

We provide comprehensive psychological assessments, including:

  • ADHD Testing: Identifies symptoms of inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity.
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Testing: Evaluates social communication, repetitive behaviors, and developmental milestones.
  • IQ & Cognitive Assessments: Measures intellectual ability, learning strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Neuropsychological Evaluations: Assesses brain function related to memory, attention, and problem-solving.
  • Learning Disability Testing: Diagnoses dyslexia, dyscalculia, and processing disorders.
  • Behavioral & Emotional Assessments: Identifies anxiety, depression, or other mood disorders.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a structured therapy for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or behavioral challenges. ABA therapy helps improve:

  • Communication skills (verbal and non-verbal).
  • Social skills (interacting with peers, following instructions).
  • Behavior regulation (reducing tantrums, aggression, repetitive behaviors).
  • Daily living skills (self-care, meal routines, independent play).

ABA therapy is customized to each child’s needs and may take place in clinic, home, school, or community settings.

The length of testing depends on the type of evaluation. Generally:

  • Standard ADHD or IQ Testing: 1-2 hours.
  • Comprehensive Psychological Evaluations: 2-4 hours, plus parent interview.
  • After testing is complete, we provide a detailed report with recommendationsdetailed report with recommendations within 2-4 weeks.

Yes! Our psychological evaluations can support requests for:

  • Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • 504 Plans for classroom accommodations.
  • Extended time on standardized tests (SAT, ACT, GRE, etc.)We work closely with schools to ensure the necessary documentation is provided.

Scheduling & Special Accommodations

We strive to schedule initial appointments within 1-2 weeks. Psychological testing may require additional time, depending on availability.

  • Weekend Appointments:Available Virtually.
  • Evening appointments: Limited availability. Contact our office to check for openings.

Yes! If you have a preference, we will do our best to match you with a provider who meets your needs.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
