Macarena Jones

Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern, BCBA

Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and Board Certified Behavior Analyst currently completing my doctoral training in Clinical Psychology. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish, and I’m passionate about creating a warm, supportive space where children, teens, adults, and families can feel understood, respected, and genuinely cared for.

My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I take time to listen to your story, understand what you’re going through, and learn about the strengths you already bring to the table. In our work together, we may use tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based practices, or trauma-informed care—always at a pace that feels comfortable and meaningful for you.

I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, emotional regulation, ADHD, autism-related challenges, stress, family or relationship concerns, and the effects of trauma. I have extensive training in psychological and neuropsychological assessment, which helps me understand the full picture of a person’s needs and tailor treatment accordingly. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, new skills, or a safe place to talk, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

I believe deeply in the power of connection, compassion, and collaborative growth. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, valued, and empowered as you move toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.

I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
